The hotel is undergoing renovations in the main lobby, so it was a bit of trouble finding the check-in desk, but was well indicated with directional arrows. The hotel advertises regular daily cleaning of the rooms, however our room did not get cleaned between the two nights that we stayed there. Parking was NOT included or mentioned, and this cost us an extra 60$ for 48hrs.

Hotel was average but that worked for our stay. everything you would expect in a standard hotel stay - the place was clean, staff were helpful and considerate. The renovations weren’t ideal but tent handled them well and it didn’t impact our stay at all. It’s also a good location - 10-15 minute walk from most things!

The Hotel is under renovations, not really stated on the description. Getting to the lobby is difficult considering you are carrying more than a carry-on bag. The way to move around to the rooms, or the restaurant requires to change in between elevators, it is a maze, and at least the room assigned to us required us to take 3 different elevators from the parking, walking around a maze-like halls and a roundtrip of about 10min. After seeing all these, I requested a cancellation of my reservation, this was not as advertised. The staff re-direct me to expedia support in order to “help me”, after a couple calls with them and back and fort with the frontdesk and the manager, they agreed to cancel my stay (almost and hour later). We had to search for a new hotel, just because none of this was described when selecting the hotel.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location, staff were very friendly and eager to assist with any request. The hotel was under renovation but we did receive notification, there was appropriate signage to direct us and it had no impact on our stay. Our room was clean and excellent water pressure in the shower.

There was construction in and around the hotel. Confusing that you had to change elevators to go to room. Room numbers were not sequential so that was confusing. Nooks and crannies in hallways also confusing. Location was good. Did not have time to use amenities.

I read the reviews about the ongoing construction and was really anxious to stay here but it was soo worth it! Its such a convinent walk to old Quebec - like 10 minutes or even less, the area is really beautiful and the staff were always kind and helpful! Also I'm aware there is some kind of construction ongoing but it didnt affect my stay; I didn't hear any noise at all so that was really awesome.

I want to start by saying the staff at the property were top notch. The hotel itself is under construction and i now see why, this project should have been done 10 years ago the rooms are really dated. The windows in my room were filthy, the couch was stained the fridge was just sitting on the floor. The lamp was unplugged and still didn't work after plugging it in and the room was extremely dark. I was not happy with it at all and the Hilton next doors was just slightly more money. I explained my concerns to the staff and they offered me another room with a great discount but i chose a refund and went somewhere else. Thank you to the staff for not fighting me on the refund.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The air conditioner and fan were very noisy and unfortunately we could not sleep with it running. The bed lamp on the bed closest to the window did not work, which was unfortunate. The hotel was under renovations but they did the best they cold to make it not inconvenient to navigate through the detours.
