Nice hotel on the edge of the city. Great restaurant with live music at night. Very nice pool and hot tub with a very neat inward facing balconies over the pool and inner courtyard
Its ok but I was expecting better experience. Got rooms on the 1st floor pool side view and they have strong chlorine smell so if you have nasal allergies or Asthma etc avoid these rooms. Rooms are kind of congested and need the upgrade . Staff was helpful.
The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. We had a garden view/balcony which was great. FYI for anyone with young ones the noise level in the room is not quiet. While we didn't mind having late night music If had my my small child with me it would not work for us. The beds while new, were extremely firm and uncomfortable but that's my opinion.
The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, I had requested a higher-level room both when I made my reservation and a day before my check-in. I even arrived an hour early, but they still couldn’t accommodate me. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still had a great time during my stay.

Breakfast was okay with limited options, It was better than nothing. There was no complimentary water also there no sauna onsite but it shows on their website! Room with balcony is very loud and rooms in general were not soundproof.

The property is fine but the rooms are in need of upkeep. Serious signs of wear and tear in the room. Balcony view on the indoor pool is nice, bit strong chlorine smell permeates.
This hotel was a filthy and very unclean.
Stayed there for three days over the Christmas holidays never had our room refreshed or clean the entire time. The entire facility was disgusting and the rooms were full of mold.
Not a safe environment to stay.
Hot tub and pool area was overcrowded and absolutely abhorrent to look at. Just plain filthy! Would never recommend this facility or hotel chain.
Pool was great but a little dirty in tiles on floor of pool. Great music at the pool on Saturday nights.
Little coffee cafe in morning was never open
Sauna not working
Floors in rooms a bit noisy and can hear people above you if they walk with high heels in floor.
Tap in bathtub kept dripping and the water would not drain when showering
Convenient to old city and restaurant on site is a nice option.
This is the second time we’ve stayed here coming from Maine. The location is fairly convenient with a straight shot into the old city. With that being said returning to the hotel is an absolute nightmare due to construction! I was unable to turn into the parking lot and ended up on the highway going the opposite direction in a snowstorm. The pool area is nice but VERY noisy when you have a balcony room. The kids take over including the hottub. On the weekend they have live music and while nice it’s incredibly loud. Don’t plan on going to bed until at least 10. I highly suggest a noise machine to drown out the hockey players and the other events near the pool. The room is adequate. The shower was great with a deep tub and plenty of hot water. Some wear and tear for sure but overall a decent stay for the price.

What ls nice about the hotel is that the indoor pool was large and heated & there is a lifeguard. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. There is coffee maker and fridge. The room and hallways do not have musty smell even if its carpeted.
The downside of this hotel is there is no microwave in the room, not enough light (just fee switches for make the room dim-lit), the heater in the room is not working that well especially at night time. The bed/linens might have dust mites because it feels itchy all throughout our stay. The pillows are not comfortable, they are bulky and hard. Not decent for sleeping, they can switch to a better softer pillow. The laundry room was poor - 2 machines broken. The carpet is dirty.

Liked: Cleanliness
Our room was on the first floor right off the pool and we were woken at 8am by loud children in the pool. Also there was loud music at the pool until 9pm which was annoying to hear in our room. The pillows were very uncomfortable and when we called the front desk for new pillows at 10pm no one was there. We ran out of tissue and toilet paper and there wasn’t a number for house keeping. There was no body lotion in the room.
The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The staff was friendly.
Room was clean, staff were efficient and helpful, and the pool was a pleasant surprise. Fabulous vibe with a live band during the evening… playing while you swim and lounge.
Nice amenities , great pool and hot tub. Quite unique tropical feel. Not convenient to the old town the historic part of Quebec city. Games room downstairs was a mess most machines did not work and not clean.
