It is a very nice hotel located right on Grand Allee. We arrived there on a day the street was closed to cars so we took a stroll down and had a nice dinner at one of the cute restaurants. It felt just like being in Europe. You are walking distance to all the hot spots like Chateau Frontenac, lots of restaurants, gift shops, etc. The pool is very kid friendly (shallow), the sauna and hot tub on the roof were lovely too. The only complaint was that one of our key cards was not working. However, they were quick to offer us a new one once that was brought to their attention. Overall, a great experience. 👍

Liked everything about this place, except…I travel with 2 dogs. This hotel has a 1 dog per room policy, so I had to get a second room for my family member to stay in with one of the dogs. That’s my only complaint, if travelling with more than 1 pet, go elsewhere, we haven’t had this issue at other hotels (as of yet).

Loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel just outside the walls of old Quebec. Tons of dining options right beside the hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfy. There was a lack of coffee options near by. There was a fancy coffee machine in the lobby for purchase but it was broken while we were there. They accept dogs which is why we stayed there.
