Terrible staff and service, stayed 2 nights and no cleaning of the room, over priced I stayed at another hotel for 2 nights after, it was half the price The ONLY thing that was nice is to have the kids playing in the pool But hot tub is half working, too small and over crowded I won’t return

Honestly, for the price I was just disappointed. The room was below average, outdated, uncomfortable and dingy. Also check in took forever & I was told I could have a later check out and then at 11am when it was check out they came to ask if I was checking out? And then the maids came in after I had retold the front desk I had a late check out while I was still in the room.
