My daughter forgot her Squishmallow cow in our hotel room. I easily arranged to have a shipping tag sent to them and it was picked up and shipped back to us within days. We were even more pleasantly surprised when the staff had decorated the shipping box with cute messages, drawings and cow jokes. It was so thoughtful and I think speaks to the quality of their customer service. We had a lovely stay in a spacious family room with four beds and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Thank you Le Dauphin Quebec!

Excellent price for all that the hotel offers! The location is right next to a highway, making for a 10-minute drive to Montmorency Falls and a 15-minute drive to Old Quebec. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast buffet included a variety of options. My family and I enjoyed the complimentary juices and coffee in the lobby, especially after spending all day exploring the city. We also enjoyed that the hotel provided a daily shuttle bus to and from Old Quebec, so we could explore the area without having to pay for parking nearby. The only constructive criticism to note is housekeeping's lack of attention to personal items: washcloths that we brought from home to use in the shower seemed to have been tossed in the laundry with the hotel's towels as they were nowhere to be found when we returned to the room one evening to fresh towels, but missing washcloths.

Unfortunately yesterday my husband forget to take his watch with himself and at night when we come back to hotel his watch is missed it was a very expensive one we go to reception and told them about his watch but they told us hotel doesn’t have any responsibility. About it Iam surprised how can Expedia cooperate with these kind of hotel Iam eager Expedia follow my case as soon as possible

Its located in an industrial area. Nothing is close by for eat/drinks. Breakfast was decent but crowded. Pool is small and has limited people who can enter at one time. Staff were friendly and rooms were big and clean. Overall, good place to stay if location isnt a concern.
