The hotel is in a very convenient location as it’s just a short walk to the Old City of Quebec. We were able to walk everywhere and felt extremely safe.

Nicely updated hotel near the old city. good sized rooms and bathroom. It would be nice if they had free bottles of water available or at least some in the minibar. Food for the room service was very good but they did forget to bring utensils and took a very long time to bring new ones. Likely a one-time oversight as everything else was good. Overall a very pleasant stay.

When returning back from a whole day outing attraction and seeing family. We went back to our suite to finding our room door open and available for anyone to walk right in. At that moment was disbelief this happened there at the hotel, especially having a young child with me. Went to the front desk advising the issue. Security went up to check the room, after reviewing the situation and suite log in key time was told it was housekeeper and mistake happens and it all okay and heres free breakfast for the rest of the week. I was in shock, unbelievable knowing that we come to the Hilton for many years around the country because it's known to be a safe environment for families with young kids and or business trips to be told its okay mistakes happen. So if we got robbed in the room or violated in the room or anything in the room would you still be saying it's okay mistakes happe.n

Great place to stay for trip to old town Quebec. Quick walk to shops and restaurants. The only real downside is having to pay to park ($25 per day self park - but have to pay every time you leave!), $32 valet unlimited exits. The high Canadian taxes were a surprise to this American !

The location of this hotel is perfect. walking distance to everywhere. The room is outdated. Room service will be missed if you put a "private" sign outside of the room in the morning and did not call them to do the cleaning before certain time.
