We enjoyed the brunch buffet every morning! The customer service was excellent friendly and professional staff. We loved the amenities the pool which was outside and the sauna. The Hilton was hotel was our first visit to Quebec City! It was a wonderful experience...we were recommend it to everyone! Merci Quebec...the location was within walking distance of all the attractions. We also had free parking with vale parking..

dislike. First point: the parking lot is far from the hotel. The hotel staff took my car keys away and when I went to pick up the car they told me they couldn't find them and it took 10 minutes to find them for me with no apology. The second point: at 8:20 in the morning, the waiter knocked on the door to clean up! It's really bad!
