Children liked the pool. However some days the water was hot some days cold. Room was not properly cleaned before we received it, found a pop can and eye droppers under bed. No one came and cleaned the room during our stay. Ran low on toilet paper and no extra garbage bags in bins so we could even remove our own garbage. No true receipt with breakdown provided. Staff were friendly enough However english needs improvement. One bed had a serious dip in centre and squeeked at every move. Size of the room was good and fridge was really cold. Shower had lots of hot water.

I would never stay at this hotel again. This hotel doesn’t represent how nice Quebec City is. The building is dirty, rooms are filthy and they don’t clean your room even if you put the sign in your door. The employees are as horrible as the hotel. They have no clue about good customer service and will not try to help you for nothing. Cops were there all nights I was there too. Please do yourself a favour Do NOT STAY THERE
