We were bother by a noisy loud music until 2am in the morning I felt asleep I call x3 time the front desk A manager came with me the 2nd time to find were this music come from at 11h no results Call again at 1h30…no results Not a happy experience

Overall, the hotel is Ok, rooms are clean but I would like to point out 2 things. The rooms are dark, even with all the lights open I found it dark, especially in the bathroom. Also the rooms don’t have any USB ports to charge your phone. I called the reception and had to go down to borrow an adapter. We are in 2024.

Lots of parking, inside the hotel elevator and rooms were dark, even with all the lamps on it was still pretty dark. Breakfast isn’t worth the price, but lots of options in area.

Everything was great! An extra charge of 100$ was unexpected to assure we would not be smoking- but we should get that back on our cc- so great! Love that they have dispensers for soaps- so much less waste!

Pros: Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. Plenty of shopping & restaurants around. Cons: Very limited choices for the continental breakfast. Very chaotic. Gym needs serious upgrades. Would definitely stay again.

Very loud when people are in hallways and closing doors. Not soundproof rooms. Pool was over crowded (said max 10 people on the sign) no one was checking and water very dirty. Very inconvenient that you have to ask reception for pool towels, doesn’t say anywhere where the pool is, had to ask another hotel guest.. practical location but wouldn’t go back.
