Staff was friendly, property was clean and beds were comfy. The only downside was that the air conditioning was off so we had to get fans. The tub was amazing and quite nice after long driving. Property is close to everything you need.

This hotel is *very* convenient to downtown Quebec - only about a 5 min walk to the bus station. The problem is that the "tourist" pass that is advertised is only available during peak tourist season, which does not extend to mid Sept. There is a supermarket/mall about 15 minutes walk away, which helps since the breakfast is very basic. What is reported in the other reviews is correct. It is what most children of the 80's and 90's would have called a continental breakfast - bagels and bread with jams/jellies/cream cheese, juices, and cereal. The staff were polite but curt in almost all interactions, with a single exception. One of the maintenance staff was very helpful with accessing the water dispenser in the breakfast area and answered some questions. It was surprising to find that there is a single room separated from the rest of the hotel by ..... *the underground garage* - that's right folks, if you are the unfortunate occupant of room 117, you'll have to trapse through the garage to get your breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was not the worst hotel visit I've had by far, but it also is far from the best.

I stayed at this place for a 3 days vacation. The rooms are clean and well maintained.I would recommend this if you are looking for a place close to public transit and mall. However, there is no microwave in the room so reheating food is not possible. The Hôtel booking had complimentary breakfast, the breakfast lacked protein options and only had multiple bread options.

I booked the room with whirlpool. Although the bathing area was nice. The room that we were given compared to others rooms was too old and barely had any lights. I did not like the ambience for the price. The breakfast was pretty basic. The staff didn’t feel much welcoming.
