It was a nice stay..clean rooms, polite staff, everything looks new and renovated and the location is wonderful right across the hotel Frontenac but my complaint is they refused to refund me for the 3rd person fee when the 3rd person in our party did not come for the entire time we were there.

Great location. Fantastic staff. Spacious room. Coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Beware of the stairs (Also applies to old Quebec City). Parking for anything taller than a crossover is a 10 minute walk, at the base of the hill. However if you’re staying at this hotel, your best bet is to explore the old town and the surrounding areas on foot.

Location is greatt!! Second time staying here and ive recommended to other friends&family in the past. Staff at front desk were great but not sure if there is any other staff to the hotel as front desk was sometimes closed. We left while there was no staff so went back to the room to drop off our cards/parking card and got a phone call to ask where our parking card was, he must of found it along with our empty pizza boxes in the hallway for 2 days. We didnt want it to smell like pizza in our room for 2 days but was surprised it had never been picked up in hallway either.

The front staff was very helpful. Every space in the room was used well. Beautiful bathroom and products. The spa/hottub wonderful after a long day of walking. The front steps were a challenge especially with luggage.

I liked how clean the property was. The bathroom in our room did not have a fan but that did not bother me much. Hotel was well kept and price was affordable. Very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!
