Complaints:
- Initially, I booked this property because the hotel was located at a walkable distance from everything and had a parking lot, however when we got there, the parking lot was full. In fact, we were not even allowed to enter the parking lot. We were directed to another parking lot - about 5 minute walk from the property. Although it was not a far walk, it was inconvenient to carry our luggage to & from the car on the first and last day. Also, the parking lot they directed us to was difficult to find since it was on a very small & hidden one-day street.
- Even though this last complaint did not bother me much since I am a heavy sleeper, I should advise others that the walls are SUPER thin & the vents are SUPER loud. I was actually placed in a room on the 24th floor, which are all recently renovated, but the walls were still super thin & vents super loud!
Praises:
- The location is THE BEST! It is a walkable distance from all the landscapes there are tons of restaurants/terraces right beside the hotel.
- The room was super clean & organized when we first got there the view from our room was beautiful. The air conditioning worked well, water pressure & temperature was great too!
- Both restaurants located in the hotel are amazing! I would suggest making reservations to the spinning rest at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
- Workers were super nice & quick to help us out whenever we needed.
Overall, I loved my stay at the hotel!
