Great location! Right within walking distance to everything! Units are dated, very small and the double bed is not very comfortable. We had an issue with our door opening and had to move to another room. Our remote control and TV did not work well. Overall for two nights it was a good choice. They had Parking(valet only) and it was very convenient!

Overlooks a park and St Lawrence River Very quiet. Slept with window open for fresh air. 5 minutes to restaurants and shops. Staff friendly and helped us with cabs and directions to waterfall.

This property is located in a premiere part of the old city. Is it walkable to everything you would want to do. The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. The only thing wrong was the television did not work and the shower knob was broken.

Amazing hotel, prime location and the best staff. Valet and pet fees are around $25 CAD each. (Cheapest one can will find with this level of comfort and service) Would definitely recommend it to the average travellers, especially to couples travelling with a small pup.

There was a fair amount of hair on the bed when we checked in. Also, it's not a great look that the front desk agent was belittling "English people" as we were going to check out. A lot of "English people" keep your hotel in business, and provide you with a job. Not a great hotel.

This hotel is very nice, and located in a GREAT part of the Old City of Quebec. It overlooks a park adjacent to the Hotel Frotenac. Walkable to dozens of restaurants and architectural places of interest. Had a comfortable king-sized bed, a desk, 2 lounge chairs, and a large TV (which we never turned on). There was a convenient coffee bar adjacent to the dining room / Check-in Desk. Breakfast was an additional fee, and parking cost $25/day. We would definitely stay there again.
