The staff was super nice. Stephan is amazing, helpful, and overall a wonderful person. This hotel is in an amazing location, central to everything in the Old Town area. The beds were comfortable, the wine was good, and the view was spectacular!
Hotel location is very convenient to Old Quebec and the Winter Carnival. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee is good but not offered in rooms. Breakfast was fair and expensive for what you get.
