The proximity to the chateau and shopping areas was great. Their breakfast is unbelievable. The only issue that gave me pause was the creaky floors, but I would come to expect that from an old building.
Great location. Across a small park from Le Château Frontenac, with views of "the castle." Located within the walled city, the upper old town. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the lower town, Le Château Frontenac, the Plains of Abraham. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again ...
Very friendly staff! The amenities are basic, the room clean and comfortable.
Not too big. Easy access. Excellent food. Not noisy. Didn't like the shower.
Ambiance was amazing. Breakfast was very, very good. Staff was excellent.
Big room with great bathroom. Had a fridge and microwave that we used a lot. The coffee maker was great. Comfortable beds.
Extremely clean and quiet! Friendly staff all around. Great buffet breakfast ($20). Close to everything in the old city. Many restaurants to chose from including one in the hotel. Would definitely stay again!
friendly staff, nice room. good location. would book again
Location, view , cleanliness and staff were great. Room was in need of upgrade and repairs. Darkening shades full of holes, furniture upgrades needed, thermostat control as well. Faucet in sink dripped and could not be shut off.
