The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. They will help you make reservations for dinner, tours, or finding your way around. The breakfasts were really good and the property itself is very clean. We loved our room and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and stress free stay.

Beautiful property and close to everything. Great service throughout the hotel. They offered a pass to a local gym close by which has everything you need for any workout. Yummy smoothies at the gym too.

Very nice staff. I loved the continental breakfast. For me the croissant with egg/cheese and wonderful fresh fruits. We had a room below ground level and the wifi was a bit weak, but the staff was great. I didn't use the parking or maid service since we were there only 3 days so I can't comment on that.

The staff here were all great … helpful, personable, friendly, etc. The hotel was clean, conveniently located just within the old city walls. Reasonably priced parking was available right around the corner through the hotel.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The WIFI reception in our room was inconsistent. There was a handbasin in our bedroom (not in the bathroom), which was inconvenient. Apparently other rooms have the handbasin in the bathroom, so if this is important to you, check ahead before you go.
