The in house restaurant is great, staff was very pleasant. The pool area was very nice. Overall the hotels cleanliness was good. Parking price is to high, and the smell in the underground parking is bad.
It was undergoing Renovations. Fire alam went off during our stay and there was a lot of confusion. Noone to tell us whether it was safe to go inside the building
Great location for seeing Vieux Quebec. Wi-Fi reception poor, amenities poor
Pro: Very nice hotel, room and steakhouse where we ate during our 3 night stay. Cons: Internet is quite slow...1990' style. A real bummer. Even after informing the front desk and showing the printed message, sent to me by Expedia for a free upgrade + late check-out, that was never taken into consideration. ...
Very clean and quiet. The staff very kind and helpful
Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They spent a lot of time with us orienting us to the city and explaining the map. They upgraded our room at no charge. We tripped a breaker using two hair dryers in the room at once and maintenance promptly and courteously responded. Staff speaks English ...
The location couldn't have been better. It was right in the center of old Quebec City. Near to shops, cafés and restaurants. The Hotel Frontenac was in walking distance as well as the Place D'Youville and the Citadelle de Quebec. The staff was very friendly, the valet parking was easy.
Close to Great restaurants and shopping in the heart of old QC. Very large flight of stairs from the entrance to the lobby, which for someone with limited mobility would be a problem. Although we didn’t eat in the main restaurant, we were told it was very good and there is an awesome coffee shop ...
The hotel and room were clean and big. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Floor 12 was really good especially with the snack room
