"It was Awesome, from the minute you step foot onto property, until your departure the employees make sure you’re happy & having a great time. The beach was awesome, but the was seaweed, which every beach in this area has excess sea weed due to a large storm. So not the hotels fault- they do there best to keep it clean constant employees raking it up. The food & drinks were amazing & I am a picky eater. The kids park looked awesome as we didn’t bring ours."

"Overall My husband and I had a great time. Most staff were very helpful. Some not so much. We went for our anniversary. We mentioned it in the email sent and we mentioned it at check in. It would have been nice if someone would have done a simple gesture. As new guest at your resort The small kinks would not discourage us from possibly visiting again! "Property was nice and small. Most of the staff was very friendly. Money certainly talks though. Most all inclusive resorts I have been to take tips and are very grateful for them, but I found many bartenders would only serve you with money in hand. Most of the food and restaurants were good. Plenty of options so everyone can enjoy. Rooms were beautiful and clean. It’s sleepy compared to most resorts, but that’s fine with us as we usually turn in earlier than the normal crowd. "

"The Reef 28 was the best stay we’ve had in a long time! We stumbled across it last minute but it’s our new Playa favorite. The service was spectacular but the food… just wow! I could eat the sea bass in the main restaurant every night. Adults only and definitely add the all inclusive, worth it! Heads up, there’s a few bars on 28th that are pretty loud and right under the balconies on that side. Thanks to all that made our stay so enjoyable."
