"In the Airport"
I stayed only one night, in preparation to take an early morning flight to Dominican Republic via Panama. I fly internationally from Mexico City several times a year, and would not even consider another hotel for this purpose. It has a free shuttle to terminal 2 EVERY FIFTEEN MINUTES. This is worth a lot to me, because it reduces the anxiety of getting through MEX. If you are visiting Mexico City to see the many extraordinary things that this amazing city offers, don't stay here. Stay near the Zócalo, the main plaza of the city. But, if you are in the city for one night, specifically to catch an early, next-day flight, this is the place. My bed was extraordinary. I knew that I would have a wonderful sleep as soon as I climbed into it.

"Our "Go-To" Hotel"
My Husband and I live closely to the Galeria Plaza but at times use it for a romantic weekend getaway. It never disappoints. The service is kind and prompt and the breakfast buffet is really lovely. Three cheers. Our only concern was being charged for in-room coffee the second morning. Each stay only gets one coffee packet and the subsequent mornings there is a charge. We found that very odd.

NH Mexico City Airport T2

"Airport hotel, Mexico city"
The room is beautiful, very modern, but the hotel is in terminal 2, which is very difficult to get to from terminal 1. We arrived at midnight and although I speak fluent Spanish it was difficult to find out information. The train to the other terminal had stopped running for the night, we didn't have pesos because we were just stopping over, we couldn't pay for the shuttle bus with dollars or credit card, there weren't any taxis for some reason, we didn't have a phone, and when I asked a kind Mexican passenger to call on my behalf, the number that expedia had sent on the email for the hotel was incorrect. ... and no-one seemed to be able to tell us how to get to terminal 2. It would have been great if there had been more information given on the confirmation email. It seems ridiculous that after paying $140 for the room we couldn't get to it.

The only problem we found was the chemical smell in the hallways, whatever they used to mask the smell of the carpets... It s Mexco and they should use tiles................

"gut für eine Übernachtung"
Allgemein war vom Team bis zur Sauberkeit alles in Ordnung. Auch der kostenlose Flughafentransfer hat super geklappt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass meine Buchung bei Expedia ein Frühstück vorsah als ich aber im Hotel ankam mir das Personal sagte, dass dies nicht der Fall ist.
