I like the location since it lets me wander freely within the historic center. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The staff is accommodating. And the fact that they have a busy court at the elevator level gives the property a good vibe. Most of the time I experience some sort of event, a protest, and this time the marathon on Sunday. Furthermore, there is no staff to provide assistance with luggage. We were able to talk the maintenance staff to help us out. This Location and room were subject to street noise until late hours. There was only half a roll of paper tissue in the bathroom and the courtesy phone required us to call maintenance. On the other hand, food was acceptable and the kitchen and restaurant staff were polite and attentive, as was the bartender. We chose this site due to the proximity to el Centro Histórico and it proved to be convenient in this regard. Best to make the reservation directly than thru a 3rd party.
