"We had a very nice stay at Casa 9. It is a beautiful and clean property. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is very good as well, near some excellent restaurant options. I would have given perfect scores but the “virtual” 24/7 concierge was not very responsive to us. I have only seen positive feedback on the concierge service in other reviews so we may have caught him during a bad time. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend Casa 9. "

"We love staying at Casa Bis! The folks who work there are awesome and the rooms are super cute/clean. "We were very happy with the Zocalo Central Hotel. The staff was great, friendly, and professional. We liked that they had bottled water that was easy to get whenever we needed it. The included Caffe was a great option for snacks and quick meals. The included breakfast buffet was very good and the restaurant has the greatest views of the Zocalo Center and Cathedral. We will definitely choose this hotel again soon."
