"Hotel súper bonito por la temática colorida que tiene. Lo único es que el cuarto 8 está abajo del bar y se oye mucho ruido hasta tarde. Así mismo considerar que el desayuno empieza a partir de las 8:30, lo cual fue conflictivo para los tour que ya teníamos programados para salir a esa hora "

"This place has free breakfast, a firepit with wood for barbeques, a common area refrigerator with freezer, a private hammock by your cabin door, and a beautiful lake view as well as swimming access right off the property. The water is gorgeous and clean. There is an island you can swim too or you can rent kayaks. The host family is great. It's a 10 minute walk to the Guayemalan border. You can buy Guatemalan shirts and beers and magnets, hats, ceramics, etc. The cabin is right on Lake Tziscao...

"An amazing stay! The owner provided top knotch service to ensure a memorable stay. This is the place to stay in Palenque. We got to play with her monkeys and had a very generous breakfast. Monteverde is also a nice restaurant for dinner within a few minutes walking. The accomodations were excellent. We hope to return someday!"
