The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. But there is a problem: the kitchen workers do not speak English and it is quite difficult to explain your order. In my opinion, it would be better to make a buffet where tourists can take what they want themselves and not suffer from the fact that they are not understood, What I would recommend to fix: 1 - the towels are very old, washed, the white color has turned gray. Towels are not expensive and the hotel can afford to provide towels of normal quality. 2 - our room had a kitchen, but there were no utensils there. Why do I need a kitchen if there are no plates, glasses or spoons? I came from the USA, will I really bring dishes with me or go to the store to buy them? If there is a kitchen, then provide a simple set of dishes, please. There was also no towel in the kitchen to wipe the table.

We rented a King suite and you literally have to ask for every utencil, cup, plate, kitchen towel and cookware you might need. It comes with nothing. No hand towels or wash cloths for the the bathroom, only 2 bath towels. Only 1 garbage can for the entire unit. The floors look pretty as they are marbled tile but the bathroom floor was disgusting, the bath matt turned black and little black particles kept showing up. The beds are EXTRA firm and OLD. Most uncomfortable stay I have had in any motel. The walls are paper thin. When the neighbors opened their door you thought your room door had opened. You can hear everything! Even just casual conversation. The TV is not a smart TV and none of the bottins worked we could not get it to be CC. Very frustrating stay.

Stayed her for 2 nights are I was pleasantly surprised with the location of the hotel and everything that was around it. Very close to the angel & to the U.S. embassy. A lot of bars and restaurants around the area & close to Zona Rosa & palacio real ! Great stay !
