It was a beautiful stay both times. The staff and the decor are fabulous. We actually preferred our room with the shared bath. The one in the room didn't have a door. So we just used the one in the hall. The house is full of charm and in a really nice neighborhood, but the best part was the host, elvia and her staff. Super helpful with tips and quick to answer any questions I had, which made everything really easy. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I've stayed in 5 star hotels in reforma and condesa but yet this place was special. Beautiful design and touches, clean, and friendly staff. This feels like a more local authentic stay.
