This is our 3rd consecutive year staying here, we've tried some of the others nearby, Pan Pacific Mountainside is the best. On the downside I booked almost a year in advance and asked for a quiet room away from the elevator but got one right next to the elevator and across the hall from a staff room which was constantly being opened and closed. Whirr. Humm. Bang. Repeat until the early morning hours. I understand peak season constraints but did feel my request was completely ignored given the number of rooms at the property. Based on this I might try a different property for our Whistler trip next year.
