This was an amazing property for access to shopping, eating, bars and most of all mountain biking! We could not have been closer to the lifts!

The rooms need an upgrade, especially the beds and pillows. My back and neck was very sore. Definitely the pillows and bed needs an upgrade. For the name "Pan Pacific" honestly was not the best experience I have had. We always stay at the Westinn but unfortunately this time around there was no availabilities so thought we would try PP Mountainside, was disappointed with the room. The pool was lovely with amazing views, so definitely enjoyed our day sitting and relaxing by the pool Some pool service would be a good idea for you guys to add.

For a four and half star and it five star hotel this place needs some work. Very old. Two elevators to service the entire hotel, sunday am wait times of ten minutes to get on the elevator. Rooms outdated , plastic water jugs in room for water that are for dollarama. Poor quality coffee and poor quality old towels. Steam room gym are old. Much better off at the Westin in whistler or even the Hyatt. Both are newer, cleaner and have better pools and work out facility.

One of the best hotels in Whistler. Some of the staff are friendly and some are okay. Great location, great room with fully equipped kitchen. Pool is a little bit small. Overall, we like this hotel! Superb!

Ok so mountain side view was quite noisy from 3:00 pm till 11:pm with bar and heavy bass beat. Staff was nice and changed our room to the opposite side…very quiet and happy to make the switch. Everything else was great for our needs.
