Clean, well stocked, laundry in the unit. Underground parking is available. Just know that this is not located in the town of Whistler but a ten minute drive away. There appeared to be public transportation available though.

We stayed here when it first opened, and it was wonderful. We just spent last weekend at First Tracks again and still wonderful! The suite was very clean. The furnishing and appliances were in perfect condition. This place is still like new. Excellent build quality. We loved the beams, amazing stonework and my wife especially loved the heated bathroom floor. It's still our favorite place to stay in Canada!

Property was undergoing exterior renovations so there was scaffolding setup in the pool area and trades walking around etc. Not the end of the world and all properties need improvements just wish it wasn't the weekend we were there lol. Even though it was a busy week (spring break), we didn’t hear much noise in our room. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Beautifully appointed, lots of towels and kitchenware. Large rooms and comfy beds. Nice pool, hot tub, fitness facility, steam room and shared BBQ area, all at ground level. Ideal ski in and ski out location and short walk to groceries, bakery and coffee shop. We hope to stay at First Tracks again!
