"Pinnacle is right in the heart of the harbour downtown Vancouver. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good quality. The hotel is older but well maintained. We enjoyed our stay at the Pinnacle!"

"I do not recommend this hotel. Poor customer service. Did not inform of a power outage, or lack of services like a hot shower following a long flight. I paid full price for a dark unfamiliar room, no hot water for a shower after a long flight. The hallway carpet is ripped and bubbling up making it difficult to pull luggage especially in the dark. Slow staff at check in and check out added to our frustration."
