"The front desk was congested from a customer making reservations. The associate handled the customer with tact while the manager helped relieve the congestion. The manager was very personable and friendly. The quay is a very convenient location and one seabus ride from downtown Vancouver. The seabus connects directly to Canada Line and Expo Line, so you have loads of options to check out the area for the low price of $11.25 CAD day pass. The day pass includes the rails, seabus, and regular buses."
