Expedia gave me the phone number to Vrbo customer service line, but it didn’t work. We finally found the host phone number from Vrbo website. We got the response from the host, but he/she didn’t actually help us. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay! All amenities were exactly as described. Check-in details were clear and easy to follow which was extremely helpful as we arrived late at night due to flight delays. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook for coffee, breakfast and meals during our stay. The paved walkway to the suite was beautiful - like a taste of forest in the city with tall cedars and lush landscaping. Frances and Terence were gracious hosts, very accommodating. They gave us helpful tips for navigating the North Vancouver area, transportation and activities. We enjoyed the central location for all activities we were interested in - Deep Cove, Shipyards, Lynn Canyon, and Stanley Park via Seabus using both rental car and city transport as needed. "
