"We had a great stay at this apartment. It's in a convenient location and had everything we needed for the 4 days we were in Vancouver. I would caution that the sofa bed would not be particularly comfortable for two adults for more than one night. Otherwise everything else was great and the little office area and patio are nice perks that you don't find in many other places. particularly at this price."

"This location was a perfect two block walk to my company’s main office for a two week business trip. Robson Street, Pacific Centre Mall and great restaurant options were also within a short walking distance. The place was clean, well stocked and communication was ideal. It was great to have assessable secure parking in a secure building. There is also a Starbucks directly across the street from the front entrance!"

"location was good, but the area was still transitional. good access to the rest of the city, walking distance to many parts of downtown. the apartment itself was smaller than it seemed. A few minor details could be improved (no tissues, costco keurig coffees- for a premium apartment ?) it was also a heat spell, and cooling throughout the apartment was poor, leaving the bedrooms bit too warm at night despite the air conditioner in the living room. there was one fan which helped, but only for one...

"Condo and location were great. A great place to work from home for multiple people with the office and front sun room. The condo is 90 seconds from the skytrain and close to many restaurants, grocery, and drug store. The sun room was great!!"
