Being downtown, you should expect some city noise, but the central location makes up for it. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The views were fantastic, and having parking included was a definite bonus. Groceries, a pharmacy, and a coffee shop are all close by, which makes things easy. The location is unbeatable — just steps from Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain Station, making it incredibly easy to get around Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby. There are many great dining options nearby, including a cozy udon restaurant and a popular breakfast spot. The coffee shop around the corner serves an amazing Matcha Honey Oat Latte, and having both a grocery store and a pharmacy within walking distance was super convenient. Although the area is close to Hastings Street, where some homeless individuals gather, they kept to themselves and never caused any issues. The condo itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The garbage disposal system was quite educational and eye-opening! As a homeowner, I did notice a few dents here and there, but they didn’t affect our stay at all. Ruby’s detailed instructions and helpful guides made everything smooth and easy, and I even left a few extra pamphlets for future guests. The weather in mid to late September was perfect — we didn’t need a fan, and the cool nights made it cozy. Enjoying coffee on the balcony each morning became my favourite ritual. The city view stretches far and feels peaceful. The unit was also ready before check-in time, which worked perfectly for my early arrival. If I visit Vancouver again, I’d stay here again without hesitation.
