"A true gem of a hotel. It's the obvious choice for anybody who is going on a cruise out of Vancouver, but it's also fantastic for anybody who values ease of access to the city itself."

"The room was absolutely peaceful and charming. There is ambiance galore. But the real reason to stay is because of the staff. They accommodated us many times from an early check-in, to luggage storage at check-out, and advocating us with grace when we presented gift cards not seen since 2012. Mark checked us out and never once made us feel like a hindrance. The only issues were logistical such as the pool area having such an overwhelmingly chlorine smell that it was impossible to remain in the room, and our closet door liked to close on its own. "

"The interior court yard and ping-pong tables were fun to experience in the evening. We never made it for the free mock tails, but that was a nice option to have."

"Pools are lovely, as is the lake. Hotel room was very comfortable and clean in a lovely setting. As for the “town” — it is just one short street with a few small eating places , along with typical tacky tourist beach stores. But all in all definitely worth visiting to enjoy the hot springs pools at thr resort."
