Hotel room was good, fridge microwave tv. Hotel seemed somewhat old. Area around hotel undergoing major consruction so lots of noise and access to hotel was limited.

When we arrived we found out there was construction right out front of the hotel from Friday to Sunday, all night. Now normally I wouldn’t complain but 1) we should have been notified. 2) because of what happened next. The first night was reasonably quiet through construction. Left in the morning to move my daughter. Got back to the hotel at 8pm ready for a shower to find out that there was NO water from 8pm to 7am. And they knew this when we checked in the day before (I asked) but instead of telling us, they put a note in our room the day the water was cut off. Absolutely unacceptable communication.

Completely surrounded by construction. Took forever to figure out how to get access to the hotel. So noisy. Had spoke with reception in the morning before arrival and made no mention of it or that there would be no water from 7pm until 8am until after checked in. Could not shower, bath or flush the toilet. Had an event and no time to switch to another hotel. Never offered a discount or compensation for it.
