This was a great place to stay if you are visiting UBCO. It is a 20 minute walkto campus. Easy airpirt shuttle. Good breakfast. Comfy beds.

My family has a late arrival. Prior to arrival, I had confirmed twice with the hotel that a crib would be in the room when we arrived. At check-in we were told the crib was in the room, but it was not. The check-in process was also slow with staff who did not know what they were doing.

Booked a last minute room for the long weekend. Was fully aware of what room I booked, so no complaints on that, however once in the room the bathroom smelled of sewage. Front desk sent up maintenance, who agreed that it did smell and that maybe we could be moved to another room. Fully aware that the hotel was full, I asked the front desk if it was an option and it was not. Front desk, just said there is nothing that they can do. No assistance whatsoever received. Further to this, the wifi would not work in our room, again front desk said there is nothing they can do to help. Staff & Service got a 2 star only for the maintenance person who was able to get rid of the stench in our room. Would not stay here again by choice.
