When my daughter and I arrived for our annual girls getaway we were initially ignored by both lobby staff. Once we were attended to they were unable to find our reservation and kept assuming we had our name, the date, or the location wrong. Finally a different staff member found it and explained it was a system error. Not the greatest welcoming. The split system in the room is incredibly loud rotating on and off throughout the night no matter what temperature was set or whether it was set to heat or cool. This on top of the microwave beeping randomly early in the morning for no apparent reason made for two nights of terrible sleep. The room was clean and relatively spacious, but the room cleaning service was not available every other day, which we missed so we did not get that service while here for two nights. With only one coffee mug in the room, this service would have been welcomed. The location is not as close to the cultus lake water park and amusement park as it advertises. We will not be staying here next time.

Super expensive for the location, property itself was fine. It's a motor inn not a Hilton, I paid as much for downtown Seattle as this place.

Very friendly staff, and much cleaner, and quieter than the hotels near the highway. Would recommend the few minute extra drive. Will only be staying here when coming through.

Really enjoyed our stay, location was great and easy to get to. Room was so spacious and clean, bathroom facilities all functioned great. The desk was opened 24/7 and the staff were kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
