Generally a very pleasant stay. I very much enjoyed swimming in the pool but was very dsappointed that the hot tub was closed, since someone had dumped shampoo in it the night be for. That said, staff was very busy first thing in the morning addressing the problem.

Staff were amazing on our trip and helped us with any requests we had. Room was lovely, bed was comfy, pillows were good... overall this was a great stay! We also really enjoyed having an outdoor hottub, I know some won't but we did!

Our stay was ok, except for the part where we asked front desk for a pitcher of water and the lady seemed to be surprise and told us she’ll have to ask and will call us back but she never did. For people who’s thirsty and waiting for response, it’ll be nice to keep us informed but she never did, i just hoped that customer care was on top of their service that’s all but otherwise facility, room and amenities comes very convenient.
