This property is in horrible condition. Spend some money people. 4 different room changes and not one was acceptable. Finally left to stay the night at another hotel.

This hotel is run down and not well maintained. Carpets are dirty, fluorescent ballasts blinking, smoke alarm tweeting in hall, bathtub needs deglazing. Generally just really run down.

The hotel is woefully in need of repairs and remodel, the pictures do not properlyrepresentthis roach motel. One of our rooms the bed frame was broken and when you got into bed it broke and you rolled out. The hotel, less the reception area, stunk. The sheets appeared clean but the rest of the room was gross. We slept in our clothes and left early the next day.

This is definitely a budget hotel, so don't expect much. The room itself wasn't really that bad, clean bedding, really comfy bed and nice thick towels in the bathroom. It's that there have been no upgrades done to the building probably since it was built. Terrible lighting, dingy/dirty carpeting everywhere, stains on walls. There is no housekeeping unless you are there for an extended time, so you need to ask for a towel or sheet change if needed. Staff really were super pleasant. Overall it wasn't that bad, but desperately needs work. Oh and more air conditioners. We were lucky to have one in our room, not all rooms do.

This hotel really needs a rejuvenation. It has seen better days. The carpets are stained and dirty. Everywhere you look one can see apparently long neglected maintenance. The price was low for the Harrison Hot Springs area and it that sense it was good value. But ideally the place should at least be clean even if run down. While we stayed there the hotel workers at the bigger resort went on strike. This resulted in the public hot springs (free with this hotel booking) to close for the entire long weekend. Disappointing and no kind of compensation was made for the inconvenience.

Well located , older but ok for the price , 1 minute walk to the water beaches and restaurants, pub/ liquor is across the street Good stay no complaints but if your wanting luxury this isn't the place.
