« It is amazing what you can do with a photo if desired. Carpets were filthy and the sliding patio doors had no screens on them so you couldn't open the doors to let fresh air in otherwise bugs would come into apartment. Deck/patio area was also in need of a good cleaning as there was construction outside on the street which has likely been going on for sometime. Very noisy unit both during the day and at night; because there is no air conditioning you needed to crack patio sliding doors to...

"On the page we made a reservation with characteristics that didn’t fit the reality. Note that we’re certain we stayed at the address on the advertisement. The cleanliness of the bedsheets, body towels, and floors was poor. The towels were dirty and smelt bad — we couldn’t use them. The bedsheets were torn and stained. The floors were stained. The rug had used bandaids stuck on it. The person in charge seemed evasive as to how to get to the parking on the backside of the property. Plus, from the start she seemed to insist that we should either pay in cash or through Interac transfer. She also said she wasn’t available from midnight to 12:30 pm to resolve any issues regarding payment, and that we should be out by 12:30 pm. All in all, this place made us feel uneasy. I would not recommend this place. P.S.: we’re not looking for excuses or justifications; we are hoping for our review to help improve customer service, as well as everything we pointed out above. "
