« This basement apartment was clean and well equipped with nice touches. It was quiet with just a little noise from other residents which is to be expected from basement units. The only downsides were the fact that it was a little stuffy which the small A/C unit could not overcome and I could only open one window. Also, if you have a car, it can be difficult to park in the evenings since you have to park in the street. »
