The staff went above and beyond. Easy check in to my room along with a phone call within 15 minutes of us being in the room to ensure everything was good and if we needed anything. When we checked out a nice gentleman worker asked if we needed any help with our luggage. This hotel is close to the freeway and has a lot of options close by for anything you might need. Highly recommend.

Our room had a safe that did t work. There was sticky stuff in the counters that didn’t get cleaned off. Bed was good and location was good for what we needed that weekend. Staff was good. Area a little sketchy but not bad. Very close to train for airport.

Nothing good about the property. My shower wouldn’t drain, the TV didn’t work either of my two days there and the room wouldn’t cool down with the AC during the day. I let the staff know and they said they fixed the issues but it was that way the entire 2 night stay.

I found this hotel to be extremely overpriced for how average it is. Our bathtub was disgusting: it had hard water stains or something else stained/stuck to the floor. Our bathroom sink was very slow to drain, so even washing our hands, it would fill up quickly. And the mirror in our room was covered in streaks of some kind of gross looking gunk. We were only there for a night, otherwise I would’ve asked to be moved/upgraded for free, or refunded. When I checked out, they did say they’d take $90 off my bill because of the mirror (I forgot to mention the sink or tub), but that hasn’t been reflected on my credit card bill yet.

A great hotel, but on the Friday night, the pub attached blasted music until almost 3am. We were on the 9th floor and it woke us up and kept us up until 3.
