I checked in to this hotel at 5pm. I went to pool and came back to room. While entering I saw mouse roaming around the room. Really???? Mouse in The Hotel room. I spent 800 dollars for I night and this is what I got in return. Not at all satisfied with room and service by the hotel.

I’ve been coming to Whistler since the early 80s and glad to see there are still good hotel options in the village. VRBOs are taking over and should be limited.

Bed sheet is all loose, could use updating. Expensive for what it is. Confusing about which one i was staying at. Front staff member was just okay. Gas fireplace. Hot tub was not working.
