Excellent location... staying in the historic centre is the best you can do (people will sujest you to stay in Roma or Condesa, but the magic and fun is in the city centre). I stayed there with my partner, and we both recommend a Taco place near by: Taqueria 5 de mayo... excellent food (delicious tacos al pastor) a block and a half from the hotel. The place is extremely well kept and offers great value for the location. The only downsides were that the mattress and the pillows were not very comfortable. I had backache every night. Also, dogs from the neighboring building tended to bark all night on some occasions, which affected sleep. Hopefully this is something the owner can address. Walk through the front door and you are in a nice and clean hotel. The rooms seem to have been remodeled fairly recent and are in excellent condition. Lovely bathrooms to and large creen TV’ with internet included. They do not have a restaurant but there is a huge choice of dining options very close by,, some are open 24 hours too! Bathroom clogs. But i want to commend Vladimir and Abram. Both are too helpful and courteous. The street was closes by the police because of the upcoming protest. No cars can go through. Vladimir and Abram helped us to go to where our uber is. They exert all efforts to help us. HANDS UP TO VLADIMIR AND ABRAM. Job well done.
