"Everything good just the beach we don’t like it "

"The staff i dealt with were all really freindly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas, and beach were all clean. You could see staff testing water and cleaning every day. The food in the Lindo was good and would recommend the step up over beach as the buffets were better. My only one negative was getting reservations for dinners. We got most we wanted but couldnt get rodizio. I understand this will be changed to walk in which will help. Really loved the resort and would definitely go back. "

"second second time here and I fell in love with the property. The people are very nice. Rooms are clean. Ocean view is amazing. We stayed at the oceanfront beach walkouts. I'd like that. The security guards were very helpful as well as check in to check out love this place very pretty and the food was great. "

"Before we arrived, we read a lot of reviews about this property and we’re a little apprehensive because some people said negative things. We were delighted to find out that none of them are true. This property and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We stayed in bases, which is adults only and our Concierge Lisandro was very attentive and made sure that we had anything that we needed. Our room was wonderful and so were the restaurants. My only regret is...

"It was Awesome, from the minute you step foot onto property, until your departure the employees make sure you’re happy & having a great time. The beach was awesome, but the was seaweed, which every beach in this area has excess sea weed due to a large storm. So not the hotels fault- they do there best to keep it clean constant employees raking it up. The food & drinks were amazing & I am a picky eater. The kids park looked awesome as we didn’t bring ours."

"Food was overall very good. Accommodations good. Nice room. Hotel staff were very friendly. Do not expect a the ocean to be nice and crystal clear. Seaweed big issue and beach has rocks underwater not visible as you enter water. Water shoes highly recommended. Lots of water activities. Pools were great. "
