"Friendly staff, always something to do and something going on, the restaurants were great. The buffet got a little repetitive after a few days, but that's typical with any buffet. The resort was very clean, you always saw someone cleaning something. Definitely would return!"

There was wildlife around the property but that wasn't a problem at all. There was seaweed at the beach but the Hotel was making an effort to remove it everyday. Would definitely stay again. "

"We love Occidental at Xcaret because we love seeing wildlife when we travel. We also love seeing ruins and learning about the early history. The resort is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful and there are plenty of food choices. We are vegan, so enjoy the many vegetables, fruits, beans and grains available. We also loved snorkeling in the circular stone ocean inlet. So many fish, corals, anemones in a protected area."
