Restaurante Kambu - Family-friendly buffet restaurant serving American breakfasts, and international cusine for lunch and dinner. Guests enjoy Italian, Asian, Mexican, and American cuisine. Located next to the pool, in a Mayan open-air palapa overlooking the Caribbean shore.
Kalmia Restaurant - Restaurant with a casual ambience serving regional and international cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Large windows offer panoramic views of the Caribbean.
Rosato Restaurant - Serves Italian cuisine, including antipasti, salads, soups, pastas, pizzas, and desserts. Open for dinner.
Mexicano Restaurant - Serves traditional Mexican dishes, and a variety of wine and tequilas. Contemporary decor includes amber-colored stained-glass windows and glass cases filled with regional art, blown glass, and traditional talavera pottery. Open daily for breakfast and dinner.
Cevichería - Serves snacks, salsas, and beer, set to salsa and merengue music in an open-air palapa among the swimming pools and the Caribbean. Open daily from midday until late.
Tapas Bar - Offers hot and cold tapas. Casual and modern Spanish ambience, and international music. Open nightly.
Deli - Serves coffee, sandwiches, and desserts throughout the day in the lobby.
Recreation
A pool complex features a 50-meter-long (165-ft) freeform upper pool cascading into a freeform lower pool that meanders 122 meters (400 ft) and includes a shallow children's section. Adjacent to the upper pool, a spa tub accommodates 10. Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun's beach frontage comprises 274 meters (300 yards) of Cancún's powdery white sand.
An independent water sports center, AquaWorld, near the beach rents boogie boards, arranges parasailing flights, and conducts a beginners' scuba-diving class (surcharge) in the hotel's pool. AquaWorld's main center is a marina located across the street from the hotel, 200 meters (219 yards) away on Nichupté Lagoon, where a variety of water sports are available, including kayaking, personal watercraft, sailing, and windsurfing. AquaWorld also books fishing trips and scuba diving and snorkeling excursions.
The 18-hole Hilton golf course is 1 km (0.75 mi) from the hotel, and the 18-hole Club de Golf Cancún is 9 km (5.75 mi).

The full-service Miiluma Spa offers a steam room, sauna, and spa tub, immersion pool, and fitness equipment on an open-air terrace. “Lovely”
Fiesta Americana Condesa has a lovely vibe to it. The pool area is amazingly beautiful and has a fantastic view on both sides. The staff is very friendly and the buffet has many dishes to choose from.

Our stay at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun was great. The All-Inclusive option was a major bonus. The hotel has 6 restaurants to choose from. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, its right on the beach! There is only one thing I would complain about which was the A/C in our room was really really loud. This didn't pose too much of a problem since we just kept the balcony door open instead. The location of the hotel is about a 20 minute bus ride from the night clubs, 40 minute bus ride to downtown and about 10 minute bus ride from shopping malls.

Ok, I love Cancun. Just got back from my 14th vacation there in the past 20 years. Just finished our 11th stay at the Fiesta American Condesa, the first time since it went all-inclusive. All I have to say is, it was fabulous! They have completely recovered from Hurricane Wilma in 2005. The grounds are beautiful, the beach has been restored, and there have been some nice updates to the property as well. The all-inclusive aspect was wonderful. Lay out in a beach or pool cabana all day, hold out your hand, and some one will bring you a drink, or food of your choice. I loved the fish tacos at the new taco bar. The drinks and food were all well above my expectations for an all-inclusive. As usual, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

Our stay at Fiesta Americana was fabulous after dealing with our expedia issue upon check in. We would glady return to this resort...it had great food and drink and a beautiful pool/beach location. We loved it!
“very nice vacation spot”
Just returned from a week at Condesa. We found this hotel to be a very nice hotel with many restaurants, activities and helpful and friendly staff. We felt very safe at all times and the staff was always helpful. My kids (10 and 12) enjoyed the teens club, 24 hour room service and the computer center. The beach was fantastic and the pool area was fun, clean and entertaining. My only issue would be about the room. It was just average. There are many comments about the fridges and hard beds. We did not get a fridge and were told that they were taking them out of rooms. Room service was offered as an alternative for anything we needed at any time including buckets of ice and cold drinks. The beds were very firm but not terribly uncomfortable. We also requested an extra roll away bed and it was quite comfortable. This is NOT a party hotel. So if that's what you want stay at the other end of the island. I wanted a room with a balcony and the front desk happily changed my room when I arrived. However, my balcony was about 12 inches deep! There are rooms with larger balconies, but I don't know what category they fall in for booking. Feel comfortable booking this hotel. It was a lovely place with many ammenities.

Very comfortable hotel throughout. We don't speak spanish and it was never an issue. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We stayed a week, but wanted to stay longer! We had the all inclusive deal and I would recommend that this is the way to go.
“Great Vacations at a good price!!”
My husband and I had a great honeymoon there. We enjoyed everything, the restaurants, the events, the rooms and the beach is awesome. Since we checked in , we were asked if we celebrating something and we said the was our honeymoon and later we have a couple of gifts, one bottle of wine and a romantic bed setting.
