"Breakfast buffet 9/10 Loved the layout of the resort the Italian restaurant was mediocre. Food and drinks at the preferred club were good. Got a nasty scrape on my foot from the ruggedness of the bottom of the pool wis it were smoother. I would definitely travel here again"

Now the facility ... so wonderfully unique. I love an eco resort and the animals were beautiful, so stinking adorable. I would highly recommend."

"We had an absolutely wonderful time here. A must visit for kids too. They have not one but two water parks on campus for kids to enjoy. Every à la carte restaurant had kids menu and options. The staff was so lovely and helpful. We came during seaweed season but Akumal resort that is part of the complex was just a brief walk or cart ride away and guaranteed clear thanks to their barrier. We also came during rain season but rain didn’t last and we at most had one cloudy day which was still great for a pool day. Buffet was always so delicious and well stocked. Entertainment and games for guests were great also. Kendall in particular was an absolute gem and so helpful! We will definitely try to come back in the future."
