On a dirt road with absolutely no light at night, communication was awsome and staff very helful, its secure but dont feel as secluded as i anticipared due to the other property being directly next to our loft, and you can pretty much see everything we are doing due to the glass walls, make sure you have mosquito repellent because you will definitely need...

"A group of seven of us stayed at the house. The house itself is beautiful, the outside view and patio is perfect. The pool was freezing but we still enjoyed it. The “butler kitchen” was lacking cookware to be called a chef’s dream. We had little to work with but were able to pull off breakfast. They did not have a lot of cleaning supplies or kitchen towels which was a little frustrating and the kitchen sink water was either scolding hot, or there was no water pressure with lower temp. "Our stay at this house was amazing the home is beautiful the ocean and the pool Cindy and Luis were amazing and we’re very attentive to all our needs I would definitely highly recommend this place again this was a great family vacation and was enjoyed by all. One thing to mention is the power did go out a few times but it did not ruin our vacation. We will definitely be going again in the future"

"The condo was clean and well equipped. The original listing (when we booked) had an incorrect location. (They have since corrected it). It was a bit frustrating at first as we had wanted to walk to more things, we had rented a car though so we were able to drive everywhere we wanted to go. In the end the location had a more authentic feel and was less touristy, which for us turned out to be more fun and a great contrast to the 5th Ave area. Home is well located in gated playacar with security on the street outside Home could have been cleaner when we arrived, new filters in AC units and dryer and home does not have CENTRAL AC only split units so main spaces and living areas are difficult to keep cool especially in the hot Mexico temps."

The Superior 1 Bedroom had an equipped kitchen (with stove top, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster), living room, dining table, king bed, safe, and a long balcony accessing the living room and bedroom.
