And the proximity to Pasadena, Glendale, and the rest of LA is pretty good. The only thing to be aware of is street parking, as you need a permit. But overall, great place. Thank you."

"There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!"

"Extremely dirty. Not well maintained. Cobwebs. Spills and sticky messes all over the floor. Missing and broken blinds, dirty kitchen utensils and towels, back door was broken and hard to lock. No paper towels, dirty beds. It says you can bring a pet…. I wouldn’t bring my pet to this house.. there is no grass."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. It was better than we had expected by far. The property was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable as well. The location was absolutely ideal. We used it as a 2 night stop for a cruise and didn’t have a vehicle but it was easy walking distance to both the beach and 2nd Street shops and restaurants. "Replace head boards and foot boards. Remotes didn’t work for the Fan. I had to go downstairs to get batteries for the Roku remote. Nice size spiders came out in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash pumps did not work. But I would stay again. Little fixes. "
