"We arrived in Orlando at 11am. We took a chance and called to see if a room was ready. We were told our room was ready and we could come on over and check in. Check in was quick and easy. Our 2 bedroom suite was clean and nice. We loved the full kitchen. We went and bought groceries instead of eating out every day. The balcony is huge and screened in. The property is beautiful and always clean. The pools have plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We liked the text message communication with the front desk. Our text messages were answered promptly and professionally. Each staff member we encountered was friendly, nice, and professional. We had a great stay here. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This resort is definitely worth the price! From the beautiful scenery to kid friendly areas like the water park and arcade, our expectations were exceeded. The Valencia restaurant had delicious drinks and entrees with patio seating. The Al Fresco market is extremely over priced so I suggest getting your coffee and last minute essentials elsewhere. The room was spacious, clean and modern. I would recommend The Grove to anyone!"

"Overall a very good stay. The night crew at the cafe was not very approachable or friendly. The morning and day staff at cafe was great! The cleaning staff was so helpful. "

I gave the cleanliness a 4 star rating because the outside sitting area of the naked crab restaurant was a little rough ( broken light fixtures, a burnt outlet with wires hanging over out and bird droppings on the bars above the dining tables).The rest of the property was stellar!!!"
