« Pros and cons to every place one stays. Pros: there is a bay outside the front that I did see (two) dolphins in. The owner is quick to respond. The room has the basic essentials. The pools (bc FL) were warm and the clubhouse nice. Cons: I arrived on a Sunday and PM’d the owner. « The best thing about this room was the view from the room and balcony! Loved watching the boats go in and out, pelicans diving for fish, and seeing the dolphin coming through (late morning and early evening)!! Beyond that this place leaves a lot to be desired. Due to the concrete construction and metal doors (which don't open easily), there was minimal soundproofing and we could hear everyone in the building, including barking dogs and screaming children.
